Why we made this?
With last summer’s soaring temperatures in mind, we’ve added this light and easy to wear midi length ‘Slip Dress’ to our range of sustainable 100% cotton clothing.
The thin spaghetti straps are adjustable for fit, and comfort and this beauty has a delicate V-shaped neckline and side splits to add to that flattering A-line silhouette.
We’ve also added a 2.5-inch-wide self-fabric belt for those of you who wish to cinch it at the waist or why not add a belt from your own collection, and of course it has pockets!!
Style Notes
Our ‘Slip Dress’ is a perfect addition to your holiday packing list. Throw over swimwear, loose for a beach cover up or if you’re off to the beach bar add a wide belt, sunglasses and flip flops (bare foot to get there quicker) for those well-deserved sundowners!!
For that epitome of summer chic, cinch in at the waist with belt, add strappy sandals, clutch and a matching light knit cardigan to drape around your shoulders for when temperatures dip. Lots of beaded colourful bracelets to finish off your holiday look.
Wear post-holiday layered a white T-shirt or tie a white cotton shirt over the top for office-wear. Add crisp white trainers – this one is totally sweaty-commute proof!
Fit Notes
Fits true to size so we recommend taking your usual size though, if you want an ultra-comfortable feel for hot days, size up. The straps are adjustable, and it’s designed to be midi length (though loosening the straps will add to overall length). It’s a classic A-line cut and gently flares from chest to hem.
